"Not Bad, Just Expected More Flavor"
I thought this was going to have a bit more flavor, so I was a little let down. It wasn’t bad by any means, but it did taste kind of bland at times. Overall, it was okay, just not as tasty as I was hoping for

"Pretty happy with Wild Fork so far"
I’ve ordered from Wild Fork a few times now, and the meat has been really fresh every time. The steaks, good color they had, no weird smell or anything, and they cooked up really nice. Even the chicken tasted clean, not like it had been sitting around forever. I was a little worried about delivery, but everything showed up still frozen or at least very cold. Overall, happy with it

"Delivery updates could be more reliable"
The food itself was fine, but the delivery updates came in late, so I wasn’t really sure when it was going to show up. I think a lot of customers would appreciate more accurate texts so they’re not left guessing.

I had a question about my order and they got back to me quickly. The whole thing was easy and I didn’t feel like I was being bounced around. The answer maybe could’ve had a little more detail, but overall I was happy with the support.

My box has shown up on time every single time so far, which I really appreciate. that reliability is a big reason I’m sticking around. If the deliveries start getting late, though, I’d probably think about leaving.

The website works fine for the most part, and I haven’t had any major issues there. The app does load slowly sometimes, which makes me a bit nervous because I’m always worried about getting fooled by something that doesn’t feel totally smooth or reliable. Overall it’s been okay, but I’d feel better if the app was quicker and more consistent

I ordered a few things I don’t usually cook, so I was a little unsure how they’d turn out. I ended up following the cooking directions on the site, they were way more helpful than I expected. One item needed a few extra minutes in my oven, but everything else came together easily. By the end, dinner turned out great and I felt like I actually knew what I was doing.

"Refund was fine, replacement was a little unclear"
One of the items in my order showed up partly thawed, so I reached out to Wild Fork to see what could be done. They did get back to me and processed a refund quickly, which I definitely appreciated.
I had asked about getting a replacement instead, though, and that part wasn’t quite as straightforward. It seemed like I had to explain the situation more than once, and I’m still not totally sure why it couldn’t be handled that way.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not exactly smooth either. I’d probably order from them again, but hopefully next time everything arrives fine and I don’t have to contact support.

I really like being able to choose a delivery window that fits my day. I had to change mine once, well, actually I moved it to later in the day, and it was simple to do. Not every time slot is always available, but overall it’s been convenient.

The store was clean and easy to shop in. The aisles had enough space to move around without feeling crowded, which I appreciated. To be fair, I was only there for a quick trip, but everything seemed well-kept and simple to find.

1. They have decided not to offer Unlimited membership to people in "selected zip codes." This means people in those zip codes now have to pay extremely high shipping fees. 2. Their "two-day" shipping only means they will ship the order in approximately two or three days after the order was placed. Then, it will take additional time for it to actually be delivered, which means "two-day shipping" is actually five-day shipping. 3. Their chat agents take forever to respond to anything. Even though the chat bar says the wait time is four minutes, expect to sit and wait well over an hour before someone will even pretend to type in their chat box. 4. Their prices have increased to the point that they are no longer worth ordering from, for any reason. User's recommendation: Do not order from them.
